Once you have signed off the final draft, the footage may be used for promotional purposes by North Highland on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials. By providing your information and clicking submit, you consent to North Highland collecting and using your personal information and the resulting video for marketing and educational purposes. This information may be transferred to the US and UK, but it will be maintained under the same standards and with the same safeguards. We will not sell the personal information you provide to us. Your consent to use your data, including footage containing your image/likeness, is voluntary. However, declining may prevent us from considering you for potential inclusion in our marketing and communications materials. You may opt out of sharing your details or request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information or video by contacting  privacy@northhighland.com. You may have certain rights provided to by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
